POSITION PURPOSE & ADVANCEMENT

To assist the lead detailing technician with automotive detailing. This company is growing rapidly and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and greater responsibility above and beyond an “Auto Detailing Assistant.”

THE LOW DOWN

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! STARTING PAY: $10 – $12 per hour PLUS tips & commission

The detailers of Xtreme Clean Mobile are a one of a kind breed. We’re a dynamic team of go getters and young men and women that share a passion for cars and working as a team! Whether it’s at the golf course or at the comfort of our clients driveway, we’re there ensuring no one rides out in a dirty whip! We travel all over Maryland, whether it’s cleaning a private jet or down on the ground polishing a rim, we don’t call it a day until we deliver above satisfaction results. REQUIREMENTS

• Must maintain a high level of integrity.

• Must be efficient and work well with a team.

• Must be able to learn and retain all knowledge of systems, safety and our services.

• Must be able to confidently speak to clients about products or services.

• Must be willing and ready to assist on-site manager with any needs or instructions.

• Must be willing and ready to work in extreme temperatures.

• Must be able to work in a high energy, labor intensive, fast paced environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to an inconsistent schedule (time off due to weather or odd hours).    We live in Maryland.

• Must always maintain a professional appearance which includes but is not limited to: clean and wrinkle-free uniform and well groomed appearance.

• Must be willing to travel for additional training if needed.

• Must be able to understand proper use of time management.

• High school diploma required.

• Must have reliable source of transportation.

• Mandatory drug and background test required.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must complete all phases of the written and hands on training.
